MACT Health Board has cared for children in the Sierra Foothills for more than 35 years. Our dedicated staff specializes in infants, children, and adolescents. Our caring staff of Family Nurse Practitioners and Physicians offer a wide range of services from well child checkups to same day appointments for acutely ill children.

MACT Health Board participates in the CHDP Program (Child Health and Disability Prevention Program) at all of our locations. CHDP provides periodic preventive health services to non-Medi-Cal eligible children and youth from birth to age 19 whose family income is equal to or less than 200 percent of the federal income guidelines. They are eligible for health assessments based on the same schedule as Medi-Cal eligible children and youth. 

Additionally, MACT Health Board is contracted with the Healthy Families Program. Healthy Families is low cost insurance for children and teens. It provides health, dental and vision coverage to children who do not have insurance and do not qualify for free Medi-Cal. We also provide support staff to help your apply for the healthy families program for your children. All of our locations including our CHS Department have applications on file for your convenience.
